R U OK Day 2023

14 September is National R U OK Day in Australia. RANZCO staff gathered in HQ in Sydney (with cupcakes!) to be reminded that it’s okay to not be okay and that having a conversation can change a life. Whether it be with your family, friends, colleagues or a stranger, having a genuine conversation of care and support can help someone going through tough times.
