Image
Al Nassr made it four Saudi Pro League wins in succession as they comfortably beat Al Raed 3-1 on the road.  Despite being the second best side on the pitch throughout the first half, winger Sadio Mane finished into the bottom corner just before the break to give the visitors the lead. Watch highlights. The Portuguese legend received the ball from Talisca, before nutmegging his defender and finding the bottom corner with a lovely left-footed finish. Al Raed grabbed a late consolation through Mohamed Fouzair from ...

Asia Cup Super Four - Pakistan vs Sri Lanka, Colombo

Image
After displaying a clinical approach in its run-chase, Sri Lanka’s nerves showed towards the end in a two-wicket win over Pakistan at the R. Premadasa Stadium here on Thursday as it  booked a date with India in the final of the Asia Cup . The host lost five wickets for 36 runs and was forced to scramble over the line, into the teeth of a thrilling final over, bowled by Zaman Khan. Defending seven runs, the debutant conceded just two runs off the first four balls before the ball took the edge of Charith Asalanka’s blade and went for a boundary. With two needed off the last delivery, Zaman fatally strayed on the pads and the left-hander flicked it for a couple amidst the deafening roar of a capacity crowd. Before the chaos, Kusal Mendis and Sadeera Samarawickrama’s 100-run partnership for the third wicket was a lesson in setting up a chase. The duo ran hard to pick up the ones and twos when the spinners operated in tandem and hit the odd boundary when they missed their len...

R U OK Day 2023

Image
14 September is National R U OK Day in Australia. RANZCO staff gathered in HQ in Sydney (with cupcakes!) to be reminded that it’s okay to not be okay and that having a conversation can change a life. Whether it be with your family, friends, colleagues or a stranger, having a genuine conversation of care and support can help someone going through tough times. Life isn’t easy so having someone hear you out and provide support—and not necessarily solutions—can mean the world. https://www.highcpmrevenuegate.com/jd0ebfny4?key=992198874bb245918c4c8a7d7e70d404

Stokes smokes England-record 182 to beat New Zealand by 181 runs

Image
Malan makes 96 while adding 199 for third wicket, before Woakes, Livingstone seal rout England 368 (Stokes 182, Malan 96, Boult 5-51, Lister 3-69) beat New Zealand 187 (Phillips 72, Livingstone 3-16, Woakes 3-31) by 181 runs If there were any doubts about his readiness to play 50-over cricket after 14 months in ODI retirement, Ben Stokes laughed them off at the KIa Oval. He belted his fourth century in the format off 76 balls, then pushed on to claim the highest score in the format by an Englishman with 182 off 124 to set up a crushing victory over New Zealand. https://www.highcpmrevenuegate.com/jd0ebfny4?key=992198874bb245918c4c8a7d7e70d404 Stokes walked out in the third over with  Trent Boult  swinging the new ball and England in trouble at 13 for 2, but shared a third-wicket stand worth 199 in 165 balls with  Dawid Malan . He launched a brutal assault on Lockie Ferguson, looting 56 runs off the 30 balls he faced from him; all told, Ferguson's nine overs cost 80. ...
